#686 - 4.63ct Dark Green Freeform Sapphire.

General description : Deep olive green large size sapphire. This is a dark green sapphire with lovely flashes of colour as stone is moved. I really liked the curvy leaf-like shape of the rough gem, and developed a design to suit the natural form of the Sapphire. I can picture this beauty in a Bespoke pendant or ring. 
Size : 4.63ct, 13.7mm l x 8.1mm w x 5.8mm depth.
Origin : Rubyvale area, C. Qld Gemfields, Australia. 
Clarity : No fractures, some fine natural silk may be present, but not noticeable. 
Cut : Faceted by myself into a freeform 'leaf like' custom design. 
Colour : Dark green, (interesting fire in the sun with some peachy apricot flashes). 
Heat/Treatment : Unheated to all knowledge, (rough purchased as unheated).
